Remote Online Notaries, bilingual notaries, loan signing agents, and notaries with specialized experience are encouraged to apply.
Membership Requirements
Applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Active Notary Commission
- Government-issued identification
- Current Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance (if applicable)
- Background screening (if applicable)
- Service areas and availability
- W-9
- Contact information
- Professional references (when requested)
Annual Preferred Network Membership
Once approved, members activate their Preferred Network Membership for $69 annually.
Your annual membership helps maintain an active, verified network of trusted professionals and supports ongoing credential management, administrative maintenance, and network communications.
Please note that membership does not guarantee assignments. Opportunities are based on client needs, geographic coverage, qualifications, responsiveness, availability, and performance.
