Yes we are able to sign documents remotely- we as that you confirm with the recipient their preferred method. Whether that is person or via RON.  To notarize something online, it is a very easy process. We use state approved digital platform which keeps all of your personal information safe!.

An Apostille is a type of authentication or certification issued to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. It is used to verify the authenticity of the document and the signature(s) on it. YES if requested before 12pm.  Unlike Notarizing a document, Apostille processing involves The Secretary of State, not only a notary. Because of this our service turn around time for Expedited service is between 24-48 hours min.

All deposits are non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to, deposits for wedding officiant services and apostille services.
 

Online Orders/Email Order Requests: (Including RON and Apostille)
 

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the total fee.
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a maximum refund of $25, regardless of the order amount.

• Missed or late cancellations will not be refunded.
   

In-Person Appointments (non-real estate):
 

• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.
   
• A $25 rescheduling fee applies to each change.
   
• Missed or late cancellations will not be refunded.
   

Real Estate Appointments:
 

• If an attorney cancels a confirmed appointment, they may be billed up to $35 per notary and witness.
   
• Rescheduling a real estate appointment will not incur a cancellation charge.
• Missed or late cancellations will not be refunded.
